U.S. Senators Ted Cruz & John Cornyn, along with a influential group of fellow Senators have introduced the "Stop Illegal Aliens Drunk Driving Act" to strengthen current immigration laws and ensure that illegal aliens who drive drunk and kill or seriously injure someone can be arrested, detained, and removed from the U.S. as aggravated felons. Additionally, the bill would permanently bar those found guilty from obtaining an immigration status, such as asylum, or from holding a Green Card.

In Minnesota, an individual attempted to run over an ICE Officer with her vehicle, leaving him no choice but to defend himself. This is what happens when radical Democrats — from governors in California and Minnesota to Senators like Chuck Schumer (D-NY) and Elizabeth Warren (D-MA) — spend years demonizing Law Enforcement and stoke hatred in their followers toward those who uphold the law. Democrats have gone on record dozens of times attacking ICE — and now are even trying to undermine our nation's respect for Law & Order.

Governor Greg Abbott today sent a letter to U.S. Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Secretary Scott Turner volunteering the State of Texas to participate in the HUD pilot program that seeks to eliminate fraud in federal affordable housing programs. Last week, Governor Abbott directed Texas state agencies to launch investigations into any potential child care funding fraud taking place in Texas.

These are savage terrorists profiting from addiction, agony, and anarchy. They poison our towns with fentanyl, prey on desperate migrants, bully businesses, and breed fear and corruption everywhere. Rural Texas battles cartel chaos every day: stolen gear, smuggling trails ripping through private land, endless trespassers, and maxed-out law enforcement. This isn't some foreign headache—it's a full-on war on Texas and America. 

DHS claims that ICE and other law enforcement agents are in more danger than at any time in recent memory. They are cursed in vile ways, bottles and bricks are thrown at them, and demonstrators demand they remove face masks so they can be identified and doxxed. In Minneapolis, Portland, Oregon, and Seattle, we have seen ICE trying to arrest and deport people with serious charges and convictions. And now those who are to "protect and serve" are the targets of organized demonstrators, many of whom are breaking the law.

U.S. Senator John Cornyn (R-TX) today announced that $66,304,000 in federal funds, including U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs benefits, payment assistance to active duty military and military retirees, Internal Revenue Service tax refunds, Social Security checks, Federal Emergency Management Agency assistance, and more, were returned to Texas constituents in 2025 due to the efforts of his Constituent Services team. 

Senators John Cornyn and Marsha Blackburn (R-TN), along with Sens. Tom Cotton (R-AR) and Ted Budd (R-NC), have introduced the "Fraud Accountability Act" which would explicitly add fraud as a deportable offense under the Immigration & Nationality Act (INA). The bill would also make clear that any person who commits a deportable offense, now explicitly including fraud, would be subject to denaturalization.

During his remarks, the Governor reminisced on his time growing up in East Texas as a Boy Scout exploring the majesty that Texas has to offer and learning how to care and respect the outdoors. Additionally, Governor Abbott thanked Texas voters and the legislature for creating the $1 billion Centennial Parks Fund so that every Texas family can have that same experience and make a connection to the outdoors and heritage of our great state. 

Judge James Boasberg used the authority of his office to authorize and to conceal the targeting of members of Congress and concluded lawlessly that they were likely to violate the law and intimidate witnesses. It was without factual and legal basis and was a grotesque political abuse of power. Judge Deborah Boardman, who presided over the case of the would-be assassin who tried to murder Justice Brett Kavanaugh, reduced his sentence by 22 years – completely ignoring the DOJ’s request of a 30-year sentence.

A woman was shot and lost her life in Minneapolis, Minnesota, last week. The truth about the ending of her life is, it did not have to be. The fact is that she was the victim of Leftist Lawlessness. Her death is truly no different from the death of a Leftist who decided to open fire at an ICE Facility in McAllen, Texas, or that of the leftist sniper who fired shots at the ICE Facility in Dallas. She decided to use a 4,000 pound accelerating vehicle - which, as we all know, can be & has been used as a weapon - against ICE Officers & Operations.

Governor Greg Abbott today announced that a Texas Semiconductor Innovation Fund (TSIF) grant of $3.5 million has been extended to Texas State Technical College (TSTC) for their Accelerated Semiconductor Technician Training Program (ASTTP) at the Williamson County Campus in Hutto. The ASTTP program will deliver modular, accelerated curriculum to prepare technicians within 10 weeks for semiconductor fabrication jobs as equipment technicians, process technicians, and gas control system specialists.

Through his seat on the House Appropriations Committee, the primary committee in Congress responsible for drafting all annual budget bills, Cong. Gonzales has secured over $22 million that will be awarded to Law Enforcement Agencies & School Districts across South and West Texas to improve public safety outcomes. 

Over 95 people have been indicted in the mushrooming Minnesota fraud scandal that prosecutors estimate could top $9 billion. The Trump White House is gathering evidence of massive welfare fraud in four more Blue states beyond Minnesota: New York, California, Illinois & Colorado. In California, even Liberal Democrat Congressman Ro Khanna - who represents Silicon Valley - is citing state mismanagement of as much as $72 billion in taxpayer dollars.

As for the estimated $8 billion in government (taxpayer) money stolen by crooks in Minnesota, people demand answers to many questions.
