The country is waking up to the reality that a bachelor's degree no longer equates with graduates being broadly educated and analytical. Just as often, they are stereotyped as pampered, largely ignorant, and gratuitously opinionated. No wonder polls show a drastic loss of public respect for higher education and, specifically, a growing lack of confidence in the professoriate.

America’s exceptional founding – on ideals and aspirations rather than tribe or blood – made it possible to put the evils of slavery and segregation firmly in the past where they must stay. But as we head into a fateful election, Americans will hear accusation after accusation slung by politicians, their mouthpieces, and media on both sides. As the noise reaches its inevitable deafening crescendo, it will become more and more difficult to separate fact from farce – and discern who's telling the truth.

We’re living in a country dominated by Racial Politics, Divisive DEI Programs, Antisemitism, self-centered politicians, and totally avoidable Foreign Wars. But, all is not lost if we can learn something from the Hamas-Hitler Youth that are taking over our College Campuses. Let’s say we start by firing Tenured Professors. If we can fix our nation's colleges, we can fix most of what’s wrong with America. Maybe even judges across the nation would realize the American People are clawing back!

The Supreme Court recently heard oral arguments in Idaho/Moyle v. United States regarding Joe Biden’s "Emergency Medical Treatment & Labor Act" (EMTALA)  guidance – a blatantly transparent attempt to use existing Federal Laws to force physicians across the nation to perform abortions, especially in states with pro-life protections. As a board-certified obstetrician, I have practiced under EMTALA for over 30 years, and it has never been confusing to me – or to any of my peers.

Sometimes, good parents raise bad kids. It is possible to do everything right and still churn out a real piece of post-digested food. It happens. It just doesn’t happen very often, which is why it’s pretty easy to look at the mutant mob and professional protester class currently staging mini-Beer Hall Putschs they hope will weave together into a one, large real opportunity for them to murder as many white people, normal people, straight people, non-obedient people and especially Jews as possible. Fascists always have a real problem with Jews. 

Israel showed Iran last week – and sent a larger "message" to the world – that it could and would send a (retaliatory) barrage of missiles at Iran's nuclear sites with reasonable assurances they could not be stopped. By comparison, Iran's earlier and more massive attack on Israel was a huge flop. An estimated 99% failed to hit their targets. These developments mean it should be harder for Iran to shake down Joe Biden and others for hostage bribes or Iran-deal giveaways on the implied threat of Iran successfully nuking the Jewish state.

Ben Shapiro confirmed these sentiments, writing, “Open anti-Semitism has been on the rise for legitimately decades on campus. It was rife on campus when I was there 20 years ago. It’s particularly rife from the radical Muslim community, and it’s been fostered by a Left-wing college administration across campuses for two generations that believes in the intersectional hierarchy of victimhood, in which Muslims outrank Jews.”

After Joe Biden ignored the Chinese Communist spy balloon – and allowed it to cross the U.S. collecting sensitive national intelligence – he's now recently said Israel should ignore 335 Drones & Missiles fired at their country by Iran. Watching his bizarre performance, it hit me – the "Biden Doctrine" is to cripple your allies, and help your enemies. He warned Iran not to attack Israel with the single word “Don’t,” yet Iran did. He set himself and our nation up to look foolish and weak.

If the economy is so good, why do small business leaders feel so bad? The latest Small Business Optimism Index from the National Federation of Independent Business could hardly be more depressing. It finds that the men and women who run our 33 million Small Businesses and hire more than half of American workers are in a somber mood. The survey finds that small-business confidence has reached its lowest point in 12 years.

I’m concerned, folks. Maybe I’m off base, but I think the evidence is clear Joe’s a senile old serial liar whose inability to tell the truth is matched only by his grubby corruption. Other than that, he’s fine. I’m laughing at all the Democrats looking at all the polls showing Trump's ahead in the Battleground States. Trump was barely ever even in any 2020 Poll, but now he's leading, consistently. They’ve got to be scared – and especially terrified because people hide their support for Donald Trump.

Special interests of the Hard Liquor Lobby in Washington, D.C. are attempting to take advantage of the complicated U.S. Tax Code to make hard-working Americans pay the taxes of multi-national companies. They're lobbying quietly and pushing legislation in the U.S. House & Senate, hoping to attach one of their bills to an Omnibus Spending Bill in a way that typically goes unnoticed. By Congressional definition, its the ultimate earmark for hard liquor.

The theocracy of Iran has been the world's arch-embassy attacker over the last half-century. So, it has zero credibility in crying foul over Israel's April 1 attacks on its "consulate" in Damascus and the killing of Iran's kingpin terrorists of the Revolutionary Guard Corps there. The world was first introduced to the Iranian ayatollahs by their violent takeover of the U.S. embassy in Tehran in 1980. Iranian surrogates next bombed the American embassy in Beirut and the Marine barracks in 1983.

Republicans love it when a liberal or leftist Democrat says something even vaguely conservative. People get excited, elevate the person who said it, and praise them on cable news and talk radio. It’s stupid, damaging to the cause, and needs to end. ​​​​​​​They’re already popular with the media, and they're just the elitist rich who'll never lack in others sucking up to them anyways. It’s not helpful, and it’s not helpful because it never works out to the benefit of us Average Americans. 

"The National Women's Law Center unequivocally supports the inclusion of trans women in women's sports. If you call yourself a feminist, you should too." But perhaps the ultimate example of left-wing contempt for the people they claim to represent is "Queers for the Nation of Palestine." In Palestine, queers have no rights - None. They face persecution and even death if they expose themselves to society. Israeli queers are by far the safest, happiest and freest in the Middle East.

The whole of American history, in a real sense, revolves around the question of whether the propositions in the Declaration of Independence are true. If they are true — that we are subject to the “Laws of Nature and of Nature's God,” that we are “created equal,” and equally entitled to “Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness,” then what follows is self-evident: that America stands or falls based upon its protection of the most helpless among us. It is never enough to be great. A republic worthy of its founding must be good. 

Under toxic National Socialism, Stalinism, and Maoism, millions of cronies and grifters mouthed party lines in hopes that their approved ideology would allow them to advance their careers and excuse their lawbreaking. ​The same thing has happened with the woke movement and the now-huge Diversity/Equity/Inclusion conglomerate. Meanwhile, they seek to profit illegally as if they were old-fashioned crony capitalists.

When the lie could no longer be supported – and the truth remained unhelpful – Democrats deployed a new lie: "Inflation is Transitory," they said.  Remember that one? As prices & inflation rose, these “learned” woke "experts" in positions of authority swore to us all that what they were experiencing, what these politicians insisted was not happening, was now happening – but don’t worry, it’ll only be a short while til it ends soon. What absolute Horse-Hockey!.

In recent weeks, Republicans have publicized the murder of Laken Riley, the Georgia nursing student who police say was abducted and killed by Jose Antonio Ibarra, a Venezuelan migrant who entered the United States illegally in September 2022, only to be quickly released into the country. Ibarra was one of millions of illegal crossers who rushed into the United States after the implementation of virtually open-border policies by President Joe Biden. Democrats argued that the "immigrant crime narrative is racist," in the words of California Democratic Rep. Robert Garcia.

As it turns out, despite all the promises over the past decade about how "Renewable Energy" is the future of power production in America, by far the biggest tax dodgers in the country are... the Wind and Solar Power Industries. Over the past several decades, "green energy" companies – what I call the climate-change-industrial complex – aren't paying its "fair share." The culprits here are the very companies that Joe Biden is in bed with: Green Energy firms.

Southeast Texas is the Energy Capital of the World. We're the hub for major segments of the industry – primarily Transmission & Refining – and now we're also leading the way in exports. The "Shale Revolution" increased natural gas production in the U.S., and led to the Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) Industry. But in January, Joe Biden stopped approvals of new LNG exports. His decision harms the American economy, jeopardizes U.S. jobs, weakens our energy security, and threatens our friends and allies.
