Despite the dire reality of our Southern Border, President Biden recently claimed (while visiting the State of Arizona,) that there are "more important things going on" than protecting our sovereignty – and he refused to acknowledge the Border Crisis he has created under his own watch. Texas Republicans are fighting for a nation that is safe – and will hold the Biden White House accountable for the crisis. Here's how.

STOSSEL: Especially in the Black Community, Black Guns Matter – for Safety

Maj Toure, a Philadelphia high school dropout turned activist, tells me he started "Black Guns Matter" after he got tired of hearing people chanting endlessly "Black lives matter" – but saying nothing "when it's time for Black people to defend their lives" and their families. He carries a gun wherever he goes, because "This is my human right." And, he sells a T-shirt with the slogan "Make Criminals Afraid Again" printed on the front.

Under Joe Biden, all that's changed.

State Rep. Harrison Files Bill to Reign in President's 'Emergency Powers'

"Legislative bodies allowing a single executive branch official to both write and enforce laws is the biggest threat to our constitutional system of divided government. Joe Biden is destroying America through executive actions, and Texas must lead by example in protecting individual liberties – even during emergencies," said State Representative Brian Harrison, filing House Bill 911 to ensure any exercise of "Emergency Powers" is narrowly tailored, and more.

Elon Musk is releasing internal Twitter documents that clearly illustrate how "More to review from the Biden team" was "Handled," and how the "the Biden team" had a direct pipeline to Twitter's senior executives. The Swamp, the FBI & Twitter: Why Elon Musk Fired the FBI's Former General Counsel from Twitter

What's clear is that Elon Musk – despite the full mobilization of the D.C. Swamp against him – is undeterred, thank goodness. In fact, the normally unstoppable forces of Washington may have met their first immovable object. What is also clear, is that the Biden Campaign never denied Hunter Biden's laptop was Hunter Biden's laptop. On Tuesday, Musk fired Twitter's Deputy General Counsel – and disgraced former FBI General Counsel – Jim Baker.

State Sen. Hancock Receives Gift of Life thru Organ Donor, Asks Texans to Save Others Too

My son-in-law, Greg, helped save my life a couple months ago. For those who don’t know, being added to a transplant waitlist is quite a process – and there are many more Texans waiting for a transplant than there are deceased-donor organs available. That's why Greg's "live donation" helped save my life. In less time than it'll take you to read my story, you can visit DonateLifeTexas.org to see if you're registered to help save someone else's life.

Californians pay 80% above the national average for electricity, and Germans have  the highest electricity prices in the world. THOMAS: House Democrats Are Intent – Leaving their Majority on a Lame Duck Spending Spree

The Founding Fathers understood human nature and its tendency toward excess – absent controls. And, for the next few weeks Democrats still control Congress. John Adams put it most succinctly: "There are two ways to enslave a nation. One is by sword. The other is by debt." So count on Democrats to threaten government "shutdown" if Republicans don't go along with their threats to spend more money... that we don't have.
