Texas Insider Report: AUSTIN, Texas — Americans no longer need to fear the Grinch to steal Christmas, Biden-Inflation has managed to accomplish that with higher costs and smaller paychecks during the Holiday season. According to the National Retail Federation, shoppers are expected to spend up to 8% more this year on holiday goods and 12.4% more on food to feed their families.

As families are expected to shop less, small businesses are bracing for declining sales and lower profits.

House Republicans are committed to curbing Democrats' reckless spending and fighting this inflation crisis in the new majority. Hardworking families the past two years have been paying the financial consequences of the Biden Administration's tax-and-spend agenda, and Republicans are ready to bring stability to the economy and lower costs through pro-growth tax and deregulatory policies.
