Hutchison Votes to Stop Democratic Health Care Bill
(WASHINGTON, DC)—U.S. Senator Kay Bailey Hutchison (R-TX) issued the following statement about her vote against moving the Democratic health care bill forward:
“The Democratic leadership continues to ram through their comprehensive health care reform bill literally in the middle of the night. We Republicans are standing firm to shine a light on the political maneuverings of the Democratic leaders and continue to raise Americans’ awareness of this awful bill.
“Once again, they are forcing the Senate to vote in the middle of the night on a bill that was written in secret behind closed doors. The Democrats have put in so many sweetheart deals to get their 60 votes, deals that will punish most Americans.
“This bill cuts Medicare, raises premiums on working families, raises taxes on small businesses, and will compromise the high quality of care and access that Americans have come to expect from our health care system. Any legislation that is destined to change the quality of life of every American should be done thoughtfully and in the open. Sadly, that is not the case with this bill.”

Funny, just 6 months ago, in a letter I received from her, she was bemoaning the fact that 47 million people in America were uninsured & she well knew that figure included 20 million illegal aliens (of which she has done nothing about, but that’s another subject). I guess she really thought we wanted more government intrusion in our daily lives, but after the firestorm hit, she changed her mind. She’s a RINO, not a Republican or a conservative. Anyone who counts “Chuckie” as a friend should tell you something.

Who does she think she is kidding? Does she take us all for fools? That vote with Susan Collins, and Olympia Snow is out for everyone to see. Her vote with the Democrats cut off the proposed Republican filibuster of the Health care bill. The lame excuse of voting for it because it was attached to the military funding bill was weak and can not be excused. I called her Austin office and I will protest in front of her office in Austin this afternoon at 5:30 with the rest of the Tea party and 912 groups. Vote her out. She is a traitor to Texas.

KBH (RINO) needs to retire! She has been in DC too long and would bring Washington style politics to Texas! We definitely don’t need that in the Governor’s seat in Texas….and we don’t need that stly of politics in DC anymore. All the traitors that have helped Obama destroy this country need to go! Any friend of Senator (ACORN) Schumer is no friendof mine and shouldn’t be anyone elses who opposes what these rats are doing to their constutents and country! VOTE THEM ALL OUT!!

So what is the root of the problem with the current state of immigration in Texas—and the solution to that problem? We need to hold individuals accountable on the one hand while making sure our system itself is reasonable. The right economic incentives will be good for immigrant labor who have followed the law, and often only desire temporary employment, as well as foreign business people who wish to trade with Texas. We need to make sure that we only have a positive impact on retail tourism, whether we are talking about a Mexican family on a shopping spree in Dallas or a Matamoras businessman who wants to buy a plumbing part and stop for a burger in Brownsville.
SORRY DEBRA
SEND the ILLEGALS all BACK
Your solution is more of the same.

I think we should all move to Mexico, and here is a letter I would write to Obama:)
Dear Mr. President:
I’m planning to move my family and extended family into Mexico for my health, and I would like to ask you to assist me.
We’re planning to simply walk across the border from the U.S. into Mexico, and we’ll need your help to make a few arrangements.
We plan to skip all the legal stuff like visas, passports, immigration quotas and laws.
I’m sure they handle those things the same way you do here. So, would you mind telling your buddy, President Calderon, that I’m on my way over? Please let him know that I will be expecting the following:
1. Free medical care for my entire family.
2. English-speaking government bureaucrats for all services I might need, whether I use them or not.
3. Please print all Mexican government forms in English.
4.. I want my grandkids to be taught Spanish by English-speaking (bi-lingual) teachers.
5. Tell their schools they need to include classes on American culture and history.
6. I want my grandkids to see the American flag on one of the flag poles at their school.
7. Please plan to feed my grandkids at school for both breakfast and lunch.
8. I will need a local Mexican driver’s license so I can get easy access to government services.
9. I do plan to get a car and drive in Mexico, but, I don’t plan to purchase car insurance, and I probably won’t make any special effort to learn local traffic laws.
10. In case one of the Mexican police officers does not get the memo from their president to leave me alone, please be sure that every patrol car has at least one English-speaking officer.
11. I plan to fly the U.S. flag from my house top, put U S. flag decals on my car, and have a gigantic celebration on July 4th. I do not want any complaints or negative comments from the locals.
12. I would also like to have a nice job without paying any taxes, or have any labor or tax laws enforced on any business I may start.
13. Please have the president tell all the Mexican people to be extremely nice and never say critical things about me or my family, or about the strain we might place on their economy.
14. I want to receive free food stamps.
15. Naturally, I’ll expect free rent subsidies.
16.. I’ll need Income tax credits so although I don’t pay Mexican Taxes, I’ll receive money from the government.
17. Please arrange it so that the Mexican Gov’t pays $4,500 to help me buy a new car. 18. Oh yes, I almost forgot, please enroll me free into the Mexican Social Security program so that I’ll get a monthly income in retirement.
I know this is an easy request because you already do all these things for all his people who walk over to the U.S. from Mexico. I am sure that President Calderon won’t mind returning the favor if you ask him nicely.
Thank you so much for your kind help. You’re the man:)

Kay Bailey Hutchison voted with Democrats to kill an attempted GOP filibuster. She is a classic RINO. Stop carrying her water, Jim Cardle.

CW is right about Debra Medina – she is inexperienced and an illegal lover. I went to see her speak to see if there was some hope and I found none when it comes to ths illegal subject. I will give her credit for some passionate love of our state but when questioned about illegals, Latinos, she is just like the rest – it’s a federal issue, I am talking to groups, no concrete plan to stop the flow or give Americans relief from the welfare state being created for these interlopers. She said we need to reach out to them in their own language – well, why don’t they reach out to us, learn English and assimilate!! I say we need a plan like Dwight Eisenhower’s – it’s time to be politically incorrect and re-enact “Operation Wetback’ – deport them all.
And while we are being politically incorrect and actually taking care of Americans, let’s start profiling some muslims on airplanes. I have an adopted aunt who is of middle eastern descent, was 80+ years old and profiled right after 911 while flying from Austin to Dallas and while it unnerved her a bit, she is an American first and understood that this could happen but let’s not go after the elderly, how ’bout those youngsters who could do us some real damage or these stupid imans who are just taunting us and getting away with it. I say – America first – you are either American or you are not and if not, please go home, we don’t need ya!

Anyone would have to be deaf, dumb and blind to believe Kay Bailey Hutchison would be good for TEXAS !! She is a RINO, if there ever was one. She will ruin Texas if elected Governor and will want to have a state income tax installed for Texans. She cannot be trusted !!

We don’t need KBH anywhere, nor Debra Medina, Nor the other man thats running, you know the
one who’s spending his own money and trying to buy his was into office , No we have a good
Governor, we just have to work on his immigration policies. He has this state in good shape, much
better than many others have had in many years. Just look at our unemployment compared to the
rest of the country. KBH gave the Demo’s their health care by voting to end the filabuster, I am done with her now she speaks with a forked tongue.
